Ah yes, the metaphorical alone-time tree that stands through the seasons.
By the way... Dr. Seuss quotes are cool.  Yeah: if you gotta listen, at least choose the people who say things you know are right.  You don't have to force yourself to believe, because the words already touched you.  The people you listen to represent the truth in your life, too.  It's not a search for concepts that're new; it's an affirmation of things you already know to be true.
  And sometimes, people just say funny things.

This is the first song in ages that I've been completely addicted to.  Sort of morbid what it's about, but it's beautiful, and I love Tennyson.  The Band Perry based this song on a Tennyson poem, The Lady of Shalott.  You can see that in the MTV, but this is another lesser-watched studio version.

I want to put the lyrics down here, but it's wonderful enough just to listen to and to understand.  And to sing by yourself.
